Tilting furnace is a kind of horizontal refining furnace with swinging furnace body. It can purify and remove slag, and produce copper liquid with high copper content for copper processing line. The furnace has the advantages of automatic control, easy operation, safety and reliability, energy saving, etc. Usually raw materials have a variety of recycled copper (average copper content is not less than 85%), black copper ingots, crude copper and so on.

According to different raw materials, different products can be produced;

Bright copper wire, motor copper and other scrap copper, can be combined with continuous casting mill (CCR), the production of 8mm copper rod;

Recycled copper, black copper ingot, liquid crude copper, etc., can be combined with casting machines to produce anode plates or copper products of specified shapes.

The furnace is also suitable for other non-ferrous metal smelting.
